It is no wonder Barack Obama holds a lead in the polls lately, people aren’t being fed the facts and are relying on the once trusted media to provide them the truth on events. Their obsession with Sarah Palin is upsetting, especially since they are looking to bring her down on every “mistake” she makes. It isn’t just the MSM, it is entertainment news as well hoping to dig her political grave by covering her instead of the latest scandal the Hollywood elites have wrapped themselves in. For example, a group of celebrities decided to tell us to vote by reminding us how out of touch they are with reality (why should Americans vote for your candidate when you clearly don’t know the issues?).

UPDATE: Sean “P.Diddy” Combs has decided to once again grace us with his political opinion. Is this blatant ignorance and stupidity a gangster rapper thing or is it simply because he is a celebrity?

The Insider, Access Hollywood and Entertainment Tonight all decided to cut and paste Palin’s Couric interview to get her to say “yes” to statement like “do you want to jail people who get abortions?”, ignoring what she said in the actual interview which was counter to that point, stating that while she would support life, she didn’t believe people should be punished for not choosing it (no wonder Matt Damon and the rest of the uneducated elite believe what they do). On that point, I would like to restate the fact that the Katie Couric’s interview was a biased “hit-job” which tried very hard to come up with very little. Hugh Hewitt’s was far more balanced, asking the questions American’s actually want to know about, not irrelevant dribble like whether or not Palin supports the “morning after” pill or whether she can cite Supreme Court decisions she doesn’t support. It was even worse on CNN.

Anderson Cooper has to learn to fact check. FACT: McCain said he wouldn’t announce attacks on Pakistan, while Barack Obama did. FACT: Sarah Palin said she wouldn’t be against attacks into Pakistan if it meant protecting US troops. Where in all that did she say that she would a) directly attack Pakistan or b) announce attacks into the country? No surprise, after pushing that fiction, he took swipes at her for the Couric interview. Cooper ignored Biden’s interview where he not only claimed FDR was on TV in 1929 addressing the Great Depression, but he told “patriotic” Americans to pay more taxes (McCain put out a new ad highlighting these gaffes and many more). Ignoring the Democratic ticket and all their mistakes, I guess they haven’t much to report.

What should they be reporting then? Why not an ACTUAL NEWS STORY? Both PUMA and Newsmax’s Ken Timmerman are covering suspicious donations to Obama’s campaign, not just from domestic supporters (I would love to know who this “Mr. Good Will” is who has given his campaign so much money), but foreign ones too. They are making assertions that hostile nations, like Iran have a vested interest in Obama’s election and have thus provided financial support for him. Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi even praised the Senator in a speech in June and told his people he was providing financial support for his presidential campaign. For those who don’t know, Gadhafi has been compared to Joseph Stalin for his brutality, but recently has been given a pass for “condemning” al-Qaeda’s attacks on the West. We don’t see this in the MSM because it would kill Obama’s appeal to the average American.

That isn’t all though, what about the road to the mortgage collapse? It is very nice that they are reporting that the market’s are in trouble, but why aren’t they researching how it got there? One of the most popular Youtube videos right now shows the Democrats purposely halting efforts to prevent the supervision of Fannie-Mae and Freddie-Mac. The online community is buzzing over this, but the MSM won’t shoot themselves in the foot right now, not with all the time, effort and money they have invested in a Democratic victory this November. Even the Wall Street Journal has reported on this issue while CNN and others seem obsessed with ignoring it.

What about the hacker who broke into Sarah Palin’s personal account? What about Barack Obama’s ACORN connections? We won’t hear about it anywhere else but the internet. It is a sad day when “the most trusted name in news” can’t even be trusted to report it. America’s cries of protest have been silenced by a media determination to override the elections this year. One can only hope that voters won’t wake up in January and realize that they were forced to elect an “empty suit” with corrupt and power hungry friends.

UPDATE: New GOP ad places the blame on the Democrats for this economic situation. I personally won’t be happy until Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, and ACORN are brought to court over this. Maybe then people will realize what kind of man Barack Obama is when the information about his participation in this disaster is known.
