What happened to that LA Times tape? Obama’s other Jew-hating connection, Ingrid Mattson

I really have to wonder how Barack Obama won Florida, it honestly doesn’t make sense when you think about it. When you see the large Jewish population in that state, when you’re reading in the news (though it seems you really have to be selective now about what you read) about “The One’s” connection to just about every major antisemite in America, maybe, just maybe, they would get the idea that he isn’t looking out for their interests…

Myself, as well as many others, looked into Obama’s association with Rashid Khalidi, a former University of Chicago professor, now University of Columbia pro-Iran, pro-Palestine, and Jew-hating radical, hoping to make the point that the “new” politics everyone was raving about wasn’t looking out for the Jewish people. RBO ran a nice long article quoting a variety of sources to that effect, including one which discussed Khalidi’s support for homicide bombers targetting Israelies. What about the LA Times? In April of last year they published an article about a dinner Obama not only attended, but actually threw for this man, where he openly discussed the time him and Khalidi spent together talking about the Israel/Palestine situation. I doubt we will ever see the tape the LA Times claims they have, but it should be enough to know that this evening did take place…

I could go on, discussing Robert Malley, Obama’s former Middle-East adviser, and the ever racist Reverend Jeremiah Wright, both of whom Obama threw under the bus during his Presidential campaign, but how about we introduce a new face to this ever growing circle of antisemites? Meet Ingrid Mattson, the president of the Islamic Society of North America and now one of Obama’s prayer leaders at his inauguration. As the Jerusalem Post reports, Mattson and her group are linked to the Holy Land Foundation and Hamas. Ynetnews.com also ran with this story, stating that there are those in the American media who question whether or not having her there is a smart move. While I haven’t found any reports from CNN, MSNBC or even CBS (the usual suspects for missing news), I would like to discuss what I know about this woman…

Being Canadian, the name Ingrid Mattson isn’t new to me. She is a former Catholic from the province of Ontario who converted to Islam. She is from a broken home, which you don’t hear about too often, and due to this and a slew of other bad choices she has made throughout her life, she ends up now heading an organization which serves as a mouthpiece for Islamic fundamentalism. Saying that she is an activist is an understatement, especially since anyone who has been paying attention knows this woman is a rabid radical who is trying to push her perverse views on her students from the position of an perceived “enlightenment”. What first caught my eye was when she “warned” the Jews of the “evils” of Christians back in 2007…

Right-wing Christians are very risky allies for American Jews, because they are really anti-Semitic. They do not like Jews.

She then went on to discuss how an alliance between Jews and Christians to help protect Israel would lead to a brutal backlash by the Christians and/or Americans due to the trouble brought about by securing the Jewish State. That doesn’t sound very “Obama-esk” to me. Is this really the message “The One” wants to give at his inauguration? There’s more though… MUCH more…

Campus Watch has also been following her exploits, reporting that in December 2006 and Janurary 2007, Mattson herself participated in Live Dialogues for Islam Online, a website which advocates for the murder of infidels, like American Troops and homosexuals. On top of this, Jonathan Schanzer of the National Review Online reported that Mattson is an advocate of Wahhabism (the radical Islam which is preached by Osama bin Laden), as was indicated in her 2001 CNN interview, and that this “activist” believes that radical Islamic sleeper cells don’t exist in America, as she said in an interview with the Baltimore Sun in April 2007 (guess she should have told that to the Fort Dix sleeper cell eh?).

Now I could go on, I could spend another large blog post dedicated to this woman’s hatred of the Jews, the Christians and Western Society, but I think JihadWatch.org is more then capable of outlining the rest of this woman’s “sins”. It is obvious that Mattson is no saint, but why is it that this woman of all people has been invited to speak at, let alone attend, Obama’s inauguration? Anyone with a computer and an internet connection could easily educate themselves on this woman’s lunacy in five minutes, so why couldn’t Linda Douglass and the rest of Obama’s inauguration team? Is this some kind of sick joke to these people? A perverse antisemite/Isalmic jihadist “shell game”? We aren’t going to miss one radical you slip in through the front door while we continue to expose the last one you tried to slip in through the back… If it isn’t Carol Browner and her radical environmental/socialist agenda, it is one of these radicals who has been given “carte blanche” to preach their bigorty. Why is this ignored?

She is much more then an apologist Michelle, she is a front-line fighter for the Jihadists in North America. With Mattson’s resume, one has to wonder whether or not she was at the Khalidi party Obama threw in 2007… Something the LA Times would know all about since they are the ones with the tape…

UPDATE: For those who haven’t read it, I also suggest you give the American Thinker’s article on this a look. Josh Gerstein at Politico also has written a piece about Mattson which is worth the read, but I do find many of these reports are missing the point. Mattson herself is the president of the ISNA, a group like CAIR, which supports terrorist organizations like Hamas. She isn’t simply an apologist, or a bigot, but a propagandist who is working to undermine American efforts against Islamic fundamentalism. She preaches her fiction to her students, to the press, to anyone as weak-minded as she is to believe that this brand of hatred is acceptable.

By allowing her to even attend the inauguration, Obama and his supporters are sending the message out that they didn’t learn the lessons of 9/11, the Madrid Bombings of the London Bombings… And those who don’t learn from history are bound to repeat it…
